H.P. Lovecraft, cosmic horror & expensive clothes…

In the same way that a three-dimensional object casts a two-dimensional shadow, technically a four-dimensional or ultra-dimensional object would cast a three-dimensional shadow, though I’ve got no idea what a three-dimensional shadow would look like.

Richard Stanley, Director

Kind of amazing to see ultra expensive menswear site Mr. Porter featuring an interview with maverick director Richard Stanley on his ‘Colour Out Of Space’ Lovecraft adaptation.

What’s even more amazing, is them seeing this as an opportunity to flog some insanely pricey tie-dye schmutter. Inter-dimensional horror beyond the understanding of humanity in the service of commerce, hurrah!

Anyway, interesting little thing, and fascinating to see the reach of Lovecraft. Not seen the movie yet, but I dare say it’ll be entertaining.

You can read the piece, and pick up a £120 tie-dye T shirt, right here.
